Telehealth Benchmarking Scoping Survey: Tell Us What You Want To Know!
Benchmarking questions are often raised on the Community of Practice forum.
Peninsula Health have identified benchmarking as a key action to be completed by their organisation in the next 6 months. They have offered to lead a collaborative benchmarking project that can be used by the community of practice members.
The aim of this is to provide benchmarking documentation for participating Community of Practice members to use with their own organisations, and to potentially have a de-identified public document available as a COP-developed resource.
Peninsula Health, Barwon Health & Bendigo Health have identified some of key areas that would be important to include in the benchmarking project. We would like to get feedback on these and well as any other areas that your organisations would want included in this benchmarking project.
